FTVLive hears that shortly, The Firm’s KTTV is going to name its new News Director.

KGTV (San Diego) ND Bobbi Gearhart will be headed back up the 5 to take the job.

Gearhart has only been at KGTV less than a year, coming from KNBC where she spent nearly 9 years as an EP and Managing Editor.

KTTV has not made the announcement yet, but it is coming shortly.
