Going to Sell Ice Cream

WIS (Columbia) meteorologist Kevin Arnone is quitting the business to sell ice cream.

Arnone wrote on social media, "I’ve received numerous messages and comments. I will not be returning to TV for now... My wife and I have officially moved back to Connecticut to raise our family where I grew up in Orange. My father (Who owns the Carvel in Milford) will be retiring in October after 45 years in business. Let’s all wish him a congratulations! I’ll be taking over the family business as he’s now training me. Come in and say hello!"

Arnone used to work at WTNH in New Haven.

If he had worked at WFSB in Hartford, he wouldn’t have had to be trained in ice cream.
