FTVLive FIRST told you that KMGH News Director Holly Gauntt had decided to retire from the Scripps station.

Gauntt has now left the station and KMGH is looking for her replacement.

Colorado law requires companies to post the salary information with the job posting.

According to the Scripps job posting, the KMGH ND job pays between $183,000.00 - $250,000.

That is a big window of nearly $70,000.

Not sure what makes one candidate worth $70,000 more than another?
