Nexstar Turns Back to the Right

Back in 2014, Nexstar only contributed $89,500 to in PAC/Party contributions. But, in 2022, Nexstar gave $366,484 in contributions.

It also appears that Nexstar is moving more to the conservative side regarding where they send their money.

Look at the chart below, and you can see that in 2020, Nexstar gave more cash to the Democrats than the Republicans.

But last year, Nexstar gave more to the GOP. They did so in 2016 and 2018 as well.
