Don't Take this Job

KVIA, the News-Press & Gazette station in El Paso, TX is looking for a Producer.

Well, they say they are looking for a Producer, but really what they want is a person that will do everything for little pay and get run into the ground.

There is a premium on Producers right now and there is no reason to take a job that will spread you thin and not let you focus on the job of Producer.

My advice to anyone is to not take this job. The station needs to hire enough people to cover the news correctly. Asking one person to do all this crap is….well…. crap!
