White Out in Springfield

Looking at the website of Gray’s WGGB in Springfield, MA. you might find it hard to find a Black person on their on-air news team. Nor an Asian, or a Latino.

I have been to Springfield a few times and I saw people of color walking around the city. Maybe Gray and do a bit better job with their on-air representation.

I urge the station to reach out to the NABJ, AAJA, or the NAHJ to find some job candidates.
