While most have come to believe that the Standard General deal to buy Tegna is dead in the water, SG’s Soo Kim is not giving up just yet.

Yesterday, Kim filed a lawsuit against the FCC in a Washington, D.C., Federal Appeals Court as part of his last-ditch effort to the Tegna deal afloat.
