Signing Off in Albany

WTEN, an ABC affiliate in Albany, New York, is saying goodbye to one of its reporters, Harrison Grubb. The announcement was made by Grubb himself on Twitter, where he revealed that he will be leaving the station after two years of reporting on everything from politics to crime to feature-type pieces.

Grubb's career in journalism started at Spectrum News in central New York, where he worked as a multimedia journalist primarily in the Utica bureau. He then moved to Albany to join the team at News10ABC, where he has made a name for himself reporting on a wide range of stories across the Capital Region.

In his tweet, Grubb expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to work at WTEN and to report on the diverse stories of the area. He reminisced on his time at the station, saying, "From hard-hitting news to burning my taste buds off on National Hot Sauce Day," a testament to his versatility as a reporter.

He did not say where he was headed, but we’ll bet that it is WNCN, the Nexstar station in Raleigh.
