Just days before the Super Bowl and a Kansas City station lost its News Director.

Trainwreck KCTV has parted ways with News Director Kate Glover.

Glover had only been on the job for about a year, and many inside the station told FTVLive that things had gotten much worse under Glover leadership.

Glover has bounced around, and she only lasted about a year at Tegna’s WGRZ (Buffalo) before the station pulled the ripcord on her.

FTVLive has told you that Chief Met Erin Little has been off the air since last November, and that was shortly after she was promoted to Chief Met at the troubled station.

Three sources tell FTVLive that Little clashed with Glover and walked out. The station says that Little is still an employee but will not comment on their Chief Met’s months-long absence.

It will be interesting with Glover now gone if Little returns.

Two sources tell FTVLive that Little is exploring legal action against KCTV.

Did this all lead to Glover’s quick exit?
