Bodycam Footage of the Suspect Being Arrested

Here is the moment that Orange County Deputies arrested Keith Moses.

Moses is suspected of shooting 5 people, killing 3 of them. Reporter Dylan Lyons, another woman and a 9 year old kid, were those that were killed.
