Don Lemon should be gone from CNN….period.

But, as one CNN insider said to FTVLive, “(Chris) Licht is scared to fire a gay black man and so Lemon skates by one more time.”

I don’t know if that’s the case, but at least a few people inside and outside CNN think so.

Licht sent an email to the staff in which he said, “"I sat down with Don and had a frank and meaningful conversation. He has agreed to participate in formal training, as well as continuing to listen and learn. We take this situation very seriously."

Lemon is not some teenager that screwed up in his english class. He is adult and network anchor that should know better and clearly does not.

Licht went on to say in the email, “It is important to me that CNN balances accountability with a fostering a culture in which people can own, learn and grow from their mistakes. To that end, Don will return to CNN This Morning on Wednesday."

How many lives does this guy get?

Lemon should be fired. His co-host should not have to deal with his sexist comments and abusive rants.

I can assure you, this idiot will return this morning as cocky as ever and then at some point he will do it again.

And then, CNN will give him another pass, just like they always do.
