Former LA News Director Resurfaces up I-5

FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that Nexstar’s KTLA had parted ways with News Director Pete Saiers.

Now Saiers has landed a new gig up The Five in Sacramento.

Saiers takes over KOVR/KMAX, the CBS-owned stations in Sacto.

He is no stranger to CBS, as he worked for nearly two decades at CBS’s KPIX in San Francisco.

CBS is in the midst of making more cuts. Saiers first order of business might be deciding who to cut loose.
