Chummy Deals

By now, you likely know how I feel about CBS Deals, in which they take time out of the news to pimp products and try to sell you crap.

Needless to say, I don’t watch CBS’s morning show, manily for this reason.

But, one FTVLive reader has been watching and they noticed something. Here is their email to FTVLive.

CBS Mornings anchor Nate Burleson getting very chummy openly on-air with CBS Deals segment lifestyle expert Elizabeth Werner, Werner constantly touching Burleson on shoulder and telling him "I love you" in recent segment with him demonstrating massage blanket. Last week segment with Burleson hugging Werner after she shows turkey hogtied with product - notice Gayle King & Tony Dokouopil have dropped out of the segments with her probably because they don't want to have to answer to their affair of the heart.

Now, I have no clue what’s happening, and I haven’t watched. But TJ and Amy might want to have a word or two.
