FTVLive continues to hear from staff at Sinclair’s KTUL in Tulsa.

One insider tells FTVLive that “conditions in a newsroom falling apart so quickly…”

“We’ve been bleeding people left and right under a News Director who seems asleep at the wheel. We’ve replaced some of those bodies, but what we’ve lost in experience and quality under her leadership I’m not sure if we’ll ever get back,” the KTUL staffer tells FTVLive

The problem right now is that KTUL’s most experience Producer is reaching the end of his contract, and he might not make it past that.

“Upper management/corporate doesn’t seem to be budging on ensuring that he’s at least paid fairly,” said the KTUL staffer.

A source says that several employees have reached out to upper management on the Producer’s behalf.

“He still has a handful of days left in his contract, but if they let him walk out of this door I fear we’re toast,” the employee tells FTVLive.
