Don't Turn Off Your TV

With the heatwave hitting the western states, some TV stations are requesting Nevadans to minimize its electricity usage between the hours of 5 to 8 PM.

They are recommending that viewers keep the AC turned off and to turn off all unnecessary lighting.

Interestingly enough, those same stations are not advising viewers to turn off their TV’s between 5PM and 8PM.
