Traffic Anchor Doing Weather

FTVLive has been telling you how Tegna’s WBNS in Columbus has been having all kinds of problems staffing the weather shifts at the station.

In market 35, you should expect to have a Meteorologist give you the weather forecast, but the station is now using Traffic Anchor Gabriela Garcia to do the weather.

I watched the start of this forecast and it sounded like she was talking to her friends at the club and not giving the forecast to the viewers of Columbus.

I’m sorry, but Tegna should do better.
