Another One Leaving the Business

The revolving door at Nexstar’s WIVB in Buffalo continues to spin.

FTVLive has reported on a number of people getting out of the station recently and you can add another one to the list.

Reporter Kayla Green who grew up in Buffalo is leaving the station and TV news altogether.

In a social media post, Green says that the business is changing and she’s getting off the ride.

“Telling stories has been the honor of a lifetime,” she wrote. “However, over the past few months I’ve realized dreams change, and that’s okay. The industry is also changing. This wasn’t an easy decision to make, but it’s what I feel will help me continue to grow professionally and personally.”

She is leaving to work for a local school district
