WSAV (Savannah) Sports Anchor Corey Howard says that he is sorry that he has contracted COVID.

He posted about catching the rona and wants to apologize if he gave the virus to anyone else.

First off, while it is nice of Howard to say he’s sorry, I’m not sure it is necessary, in the fact that COVID is very contagious and millions of people have contracted the virus.

As for being not sure as to when and where he caught COVID, we’ll take a guess.

It appears that Howard was at NAHJ/NABJ in Las Vegas. FTVLive has heard from a number of people that went to the convention and have now tested positive for COVID.

The next convention is RTDNA in about a month in Indianapolis. We have not yet heard as to what precautions RTDNA is taking when it comes to COVID.

But, so far, every TV convention held this year has seen an outbreak among those that attended.
