Nexstar Has Posted the ND Job

Back in June, FTVLive FIRST told you that WROC (Rochester) News Director Steve Koles was getting ready to leave the Nexstar station.

On June 27th, FTVLive wrote:

No reason was given, but insiders say that he has been under a lot of pressure as the ratings have dropped. Newsroom sources say that Koles has bumped head with the GM on a number of occasions and has decided that leaving is his only option.

Well, now the job has been posted by Nexstar and whoever takes it will have the task of trying to get the morale of the newsroom back up.

Insiders tell FTVLive that morale at the station is in the tank like nothing they have ever seen.
