Fox News Loses Another Round in Court

A number of Fox News hosts questioned the results of the 2020 election in which their guy, Donald Trump got clobbered by Joe Biden.

After the election was over, Fox News hosts and their guests would try to get viewers to believe that the election was rigged and one of those you could blame for doing so was Dominion Voting Systems.

Turn out, and most of us knew this, that Trump lost fair and square and Dominion Voting Systems was not trying to rig the election.

Dominion stood by for awhile as Fox News host and guests continued to question the company’s motives in the election.

Finally Dominion took all they could take and they filed a $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox News, claiming the network defamed the company by amplifying conspiracy theories about its technology.

Fox News has been doing their best to try and get the case thrown out of court, but that isn’t going so well.

A Delaware judge on Tuesday rejected a motion by the parent of Fox News Network to dismiss Dominion Voting Systems Inc's $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit over the network's 2020 presidential election coverage.

Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis, who last December said Dominion could sue Fox News Network, said the voting machine company can also sue Fox Corp on a theory it was directly liable for statements on the network.

According to Reuters, Fox Corp did not immediately respond to requests for comment. In a statement, Dominion said: "We are pleased to see this process moving forward to hold Fox accountable."
