This Met is Hitting for the Cycle

Scripps-owned WKBW (Buffalo) is hiring meteorologist Mary Beth Wrobel to give the weather to viewers at Noon and 5 PM starting in July.

Wrobel is no stranger to the Buffalo viewers.

She spent nine years as a meteorologist at WIVB until she was let go in the Summer of 2009. She then worked at WGRZ mainly in a freelance role.

She gave up on TV news and headed to Seattle to sell medical devices.

But, now she is returning to Buffalo and this time to WKBW.

That means she will now have worked at each station in the market.
