White Out in The Springs

FTVLive has been taking a closer look at the on-air staff at stations across the country to see how well they are doing with the diversity of their staff.

While looking at the news team page of Nexstar’s KXRM (Colorado Springs) it appears they are not doing well.

This is one of the few stations that posts pictures of the news staff both in front of and behind the camera.

The on-air staff appears to be awfully white and if you take a look behind the camera, you will find more of the same.

By the way, the first person pictured on the page is News Director Joe Cole.

Joe knows white people.
