Tegna’s KARE did a story about a commemorative sign set to be placed at George Floyd Square. In the story KARE wrote that the sign would be unveiled by a Minneapolis Police Officer.

Huh?

George Floyd was killed by a Minneapolis Police Officer and now they are having a cop unveil the sign?!

Turns out that is not the case and KARE screwed up.

So, here comes the apology.
