It's Like a How To....

Checking the website of CNN after the subway shooting in New York and you saw these two stories side by side.

One story was about the subway shooting and the other story (CNN+) was about how people can buy DIY gun kits without a background check.

While it is certainly a good thing to expose loopholes in the system, the placement of the story almost looked more like a “how to skirt the law.”
