Move Over Perry Sook Jr...

Last week, FTVLive told you how Nexstar CEO Perry Sook’s kid, Perry Sook Jr. plunked how over $1.5 million bucks for his NYC apartment after landing his first job in TV news.

While life is good being the kid of a media group CEO, being the CEO is even better.

Byron Allen heads up Allen media and he didn’t just buy a house, he bought two houses, in Beverly Hills no less.

Allen bought two houses in Beverly Hills’ most desirable neighborhood. He is already building a mega-mansion down the street from these two homes.

Along with these two homes that he paid more than $30 million bucks for, Allen has a collection of luxury residences in New York, Aspen, and Maui.

I’m sure the folks working at the Allen Media stations, which dosen’t match 401K contributions understand why one guy needs so many houses.
