They are My Real Eyebrows

WKRN (Nashville) anchor/Reporter Erica Francis blocks FTVLive on her social media.

So, because we can’t see her social media that means we can’t see her post about a viewer that complimented her on her job and then offered up a critique of her eyebrows.

We can’t see the post, but if we could, it would look like this.

Yes, the viewer’s comment on her eyebrows is out of bounds, but why does Francis feel the need to post the email on her social media?

Here’s the deal….

When you decide to work in TV news as an on-air talent, you must realize that people commenting on how you look or dress comes with the territory.

Do you think that Erica Francis has not made a single comment on the appearance of someone that she saw, or watched in a movie or on TV?

We all have.

Why respond to one viewer. Why stoop to the viewer’s level and say you could find something “wrong” with their face?

If you want to work in TV news, it should require a thick skin and not get so bent on every viewer comment.

Also, blocking us on social media?

Whatever Groucho…

And, yes that was a joke….

We think you look perfectly fine, whether you block us or not.
