Nexstar Station to End Mask Mandate, But....

The staff at Nexstar’s WNCN (Raleigh) has decided to make wearing masks optional at the station beginning today.
GM John Lewis sent and internal email to the staff saying that employees will now be able to choose if they want to wear a mask or not.
FTVLive obtained the email and one portion of it really caught our eye.
In the email, Lewis says, “….if you feel you are having any symptoms resembling COVID…you would wear your mask, keep 6 ft distance and practice safety for others.”
How about maybe trying this approach…. If you have any COVID like symptoms, stay the fuck home until you can get tested?
Seems like a better plan to us.
