I'm Not Sure That Will Do It....

When Nexstar’s News Nation hired Dan Abrams, the company looked at him as the person that would bring the cable news channel out of the basement and to life.

That didn’t happen.

Abrams show is averaging just 56 thousand total viewers in his 8PM time slot.

News Nation head Micheal Corn thinks that if he moves Abrams to 9PM, that will solve the low ratings problem.

Corn thinks that moving Abrams to 9 PM will open him up to “millions of viewers.”

If only only 56,000 viewers are watching now, does he really think that starting Abrams an hour later, millions will tine in?
