Things are still not going well for Nexstar’s News Nation and it appears that their highest-paid personalities are delivering some of their lowest-rated shows.

Dan Abrams's show on News Nation pulled an average of 57,000 total viewers and a pathetic 8,000 in the demo in the first quarter according to Nielsen.

If you compare those numbers to last year’s Q1, you will see that the ratings are down 36% in total viewers and a whopping 62% in the demo.

There is some “good news” for News Nation. Banfield saw an uptick in viewers, her demo went from just 2,000 viewers to 6,000 viewers.

While the number is still very low, at least it’s going up.
