Jeff Zucker's Girlfriend "Resigns" from CNN

Jeff Zucker was let go from CNN after it was revealed that he had an inappropriate relationship with CNN’s comms boss Allison Gollust.
While Zucker was told he must resign from CNN, Gollust was still employed, and that had a number of CNN staffers scratching their heads.
Well, now Gollust has also “resigned” in the same fashion as her boyfriend.
WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar said Gollust resigned after an investigation "into issues associated with" former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo and his brother Andrew, the former New York governor.
"Based on interviews of more than 40 individuals and a review of over 100,000 texts and emails, the investigation found violations of Company policies, including CNN's News Standards and Practices, by Jeff Zucker, Allison Gollust, and Chris Cuomo," Kilar said in a memo to the staff.
Gollust was a former aide of Governor Cuomo and sources say she was a big part of bringing Cuomo on CNN to joke with his brother Chris Cuomo.
Chris Cuomo was fired from CNN and has turned on both Jeff Zucker and Gollust as he enacts revenge for his firing.
As for Gollust, FTVLive hasn’t dealt with her for years, since her days working for Zucker at NBC.
FTVLive broke a number of stories about NBC, including massive layoffs and the Jay Leno story.
We spoke to Gollust on the phone while working on some of those stories and a story involving then NBC anchor Alexis Glick.
At one point Gollust promised to call us right back.
That was in 2009 and we’re still waiting for that call.
As for her being exited from CNN, Gollust released this statement:
"WarnerMedia's statement tonight is an attempt to retaliate against me and change the media narrative in the wake of their disastrous handling of the last two weeks," she said. "It is deeply disappointing that after spending the past nine years defending and upholding CNN's highest standards of journalistic integrity, I would be treated this way as I leave. But I do so with my head held high, knowing that I gave my heart and soul to working with the finest journalists in the world."
Some of those Journalists at CNN are telling FTVLive that it is about damn time that she is gone.
