As someone that grew up in Buffalo, I can assure you that if you go to the grocery store today in Buffalo (temps in the high 20’s) you will more than likely see one or two people wearing shorts.

I’m not making this up.

So, when I see a Reporter in Tampa, wearing a heated vest with temps in the 50’s (warming up to the 70’s) the Buffalo in me does a big eye roll.
