CNN This Morning Tanks in the Ratings

CBS this Morning errrrrr CNN This Morning debuted on Tuesday with a whole new cast.

Don Lemon, Poppy Harlow, and Kaitlan Collins are the newest team that is trying to make CNN mornings great again, or at least, okay again.

Despite the promotion and press tours, the debut show did not exactly wow in the ratings. According to Nielsen,the latest CNN entry in the morning failed to reach even half a million total viewers and landed in last place among all categories, every single hour. From 6-9 AM/ET, CNN drew 387,000 total viewers and 71,000 in the 25-54 demo.

Despite major guests amid the biggest news cycle of the year, the debut of CNN This Morning was beat by 90 Day Fiancé, Andy Griffith Show, House Hunters, Little People Big World and more, coming in at #38 in all of cable and losing to every program on FNC.
