Just Because She Sent It, Doesn't Mean You Have to Use It...

It seems that a Jacksonville woman thought some strange things were happening in her house. She set up a webcam and caught what she “thought” was something very strange on camera.

She sent the video to Tegna’s WTLV and they decided to do a story on it.

A good real for a TV station should be this, just because a viewer sends you a video, it doesn’t mean you must use the video.

The Tegna station posted the very shaky video and asked “What is It?” talking about what was seen on the webcam.

The answer, as anyone that has spent even 5 minutes with a camera knows, it was a lens flare.

Nothing more, nothing less.

What a waste of time for the station and more importantly the viewers.
