Viewers have been wondering when WYNT (Albany) Anchor Jacquie Slater was going to return to the air on the Hubbard station?

It appears the answer to that is never.

Slater took to social media to say, she is not renewing her contract:

"Life update: Many of you have been wondering when I’ll be back on air. After taking the last few months to focus on the kiddos, I have chosen not to renew my contract with WNYT, NewsChannel 13," she posted. "Having made the Capital Region our home, we will be staying put. Thank you to everyone for following our adventures and stay tuned for whatever comes next!"

Slater joined the station in March of 2018 as a Reporter and moved up to the morning Anchor fill-in, but did not appear to get the job full-time.

Now, she’s gone and her bio has been scrubbed from the station’s website.
