The Studio is For Sale
/It appears that the company that owns the building that houses the Black News Channel has put the building up for sale.
The BNC studio is located in Tallahassee and it is listed for just north of $4 millions bucks.
The listing agent says it is an opportunity for investors. The listing states that BNC has leased the building for 4 years with an option for a 5th.
Black News Channel has mentioned in the past their intent of moving the operation to Atlanta. But, since the company has been making deep cuts, I’m guessing those plans might be on hold.
Also, if I had the money, I would hold off on buying the BNC studio. The way they are headed and cutting people, they might soon only need a shed and not and entire building.
