Paying Off The Viewers

KOTV (Tulsa) wants to pay viewers to switch the channel.

The station has started a contest in which they want viewers to tune out of KOTV and switch over to the CW station, where its morning newscast continues.

I wonder how CBS feels about one of its local affiliates literally bribing viewers to tune out of CBS Mornings?
