Bumped Up in Louisville

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that a staff meeting was called at Tegna’s WHAS in Louisville.

We told you it was likely it would be to announce that the station has hired a new GM.

Yep….that is exactly what it was about.

Tegna has bumped up Lisa Columbia from the sales office to the GM office. Columbia has been with the station for nearly a decade and had been the acting GM while the search was on for a replacement.

“She is very well-liked inside the building. Very well-liked by Tegna because she makes budgets,” said one station insider to FTVLive.
