ABC’s Good Morning America shucked the Corn back in April and has finally filled the job.

The network announced that Simone Swink takes over the role of Micheal Corn, who abrutly left and now has a lawsuit pending against him.

CNN media critic Brian Stelter boasted about how he knew that bigger things were in store for Swink.

“I said on Twitter that when I spent long stretches at "GMA" to write my book "Top of the Morning" years ago, I could tell Swink would run the show someday. And now she is...” Stelter boasted in his newsletter.

We have to ask, if Brian was so in-tuned at what was going to happen at ABC before it happened, how did he miss the entire Micheal Corn saga that is now playing out?

Funny, he didn’t brag about that.
