Well now, Look Who Signed a New Deal

10 days ago, many in the media were gossiping about a report that Rachel Maddow was possibly looking to leave MSNBC.

FTVLive did not buy into the hype and on August 13th, FTVLive wrote about the leak that Maddow might bolt:

“…it appears that those same people have floated the idea that she might be looking to leave the network.

This ploy is as old has television itself and it often works to a charm.”

Well, 10 days later, Maddow word is that Maddow has inked a new deal and is staying at MSNBC. Just as we figured, it was all part of a negotiation ploy and she will continue at the Peacock.
