Caught on Camera?

A viewer in the Ft. Myers, Florida market thought he caught WINK News, faking the news in the aftermath of Hurricane Elsa.

The viewer posted pictures to social media, showing WINK News Reporter Erika Jackson standing in a puddle by the side of a very dry road.

But, the story that WINK presented on the newscast was about how there was little flooding and how the ditches did their job of keeping the roads clear.

While there really was little reason for the Reporter to wade out into the water, the story the station presented was not hyped, or blow out of proportion.

So, what did the guy that posted the pictures of WINK News “faking it” have to say after the story aired?
