Throwing In the Towel on Tegna?

For quite some time, Standard General has been the largest shareholder when it came to owning stock in Tegna.

But, it appears that Standard General has sold off nearly $100 million dollars in Tegna stock that the company was holding.

Standard General has been fighting to get some representation on the Tegna board and has been very outspoken as to how Tegna is being run.

Is Standard General giving up on Tegna and throwing in the towel?
