Sinclair Boss Hires a Chief of Staff

Joe Biden has one, so does Kamala Harris, and Donald Trump had a number of them.

Now it appears that Sinclair’s VP of News is going to join the group.

Scott Livingston, Sinclair’s VP of News has hired a kid fresh out of school to be his new “Chief of Staff.”

According to the internal email that Livingston sent out, Julian Baron will now be his Chief of Staff:

It sounds like Barron will be emailing and calling stations with story ideas or the “must runs” as they are called inside the Sinclair stations.

This is the first time that we have heard of a VP of News having a Chief of Staff.

Some would argue that the VP of News job is a waste of money by media companies, not sure what they will say about the VP of News having a Chief of Staff.

Now, Sinclair News Directors will be taking direction from a wet behind the ears kid that will be informing them on what needs to be covered.
