Headed to The Night Shift

Back in 2017, FTVLive FIRST told you that Lori Stokes was leaving WABC and headed over to do the morning newscast at WNYW.

Many doubted our story at the time, but of course, that was exactly what happened. Stokes took over the Good Day New York shift replacing Greg Kelly. Kelly has landed at Newsmax where he spits out right-wing propaganda on a daily basis.

Now Stokes Is on the move again, but this time she isn’t changing channels.

Stokes is coming off the morning newscasts and headed to the evenings.

Stokes has been a big hit on the morning newscasts alongside Rosanna Scotto. Now the station is looking for a replacement for Stokes in the morning.
