This is Sinclair....

Back in March, FTVLive told you that Sinclair’s WUTV in Buffalo was going to start up “their own” 10PM newscast.

For years, WUTV aired a newscast that was produced and hosted by Tegna’s WGRZ.

But, obviously, Sinclair did not like sharing the ad money with Tegna and decided to launch their own newscast.

On March 26th, FTVLive wrote”….it sounds like this is going to be a newscast done on the very cheap and likely will not be worth watching, or working at.”

Now, the newscast launch is less than two weeks away and it will be a typical Sinclair production.

The WUTV newscast will be presented by the primary news, weather, and sports anchors working outside of the Buffalo market.

It also appears that the station has only hired two Reporters so far.

So, the Anchors will be sitting miles away giving Buffalo the viewers the news that will be covered by two Reporters.

Oh yeah…..this will be a quality product.
