New ND Named in La Crosse

WKBT says that Christi Reynard will take over July 12 as News Director, accepting the reins from outgoing news director Anne Paape.

The station says that Reynard, a graduate of Southern Illinois University, has a proven track record of success as a producer, executive producer, and assistant news director in eight markets. She comes to News 8 from WHNT in Huntsville, Ala., where she was an assistant news director.

“I’m excited to join the WKBT news team,” said Reynard. “I look forward to building on WKBT’s legacy of serving the people of the greater Coulee Region.”
