That Should Do It...

Not much is happening in the Pittsburg, Kan. Joplin, Mo. market, so KOAM is announcing that the station has a new logo.

Are you ready for it?

Here it is!

The station says, “The updated logo has a bold design and features a play button which reflects our commitment to bring viewers the information they need to know across all of our platforms, television and digital.”

Sort of looks like a 7 with the YouTube logo in orange.

Now, if you were worried that this would mean other big changes at the station, let’s put that to rest right now. KOAM says, “While the look and sound are new, KOAM’s mission remains the same since we began broadcasting in 1953, to be the area’s most trusted source for news, weather and sports.”

Well, thank God for that.
