While this was supposed to be a vacation all this week, FTVLive ended up posting stories everyday this week and it was basically the vacation that never happened.

Maybe later this Summer we’ll give it another try.

We did laugh that a story we knew about on Monday, but didn’t get around to posting until yesterday, showed up on another blog with no credit to FTVLive.

We got the tip and the internal email earlier in the week, but we did not get around to posting the story until yesterday. Then just a couple of hours after we posted the story, the same story shows up on another blog. This is the same blog that also offers up “boot camps” to train Journalists and yet they steal from FTVLive with no credit or attribution.

You might want to stay away from their reporter training, since they appear to be journalistically challenged. In my opinion.

This was the week, we were going to unplug, turn off the phone and stay away from the internet. Clearly, that didn’t happen.
