Coming Home to Philly

Back in March, FTVLive told you that Fox Philly Sports Anchor/Reporter Kristen Rodgers was leaving the station and headed back to the Left Coast.

Now, the Fox O&O has hired her replacement.

Breland Moore joins the station as Sports Anchor and will also host the station’s Sports Sunday show.

Moore went to nearby Temple and was often seen on the field as the person inside the school’s mascot Hooter the Owl.

“No matter where this job led me, I’ve always hoped for a full circle journey to bring me back to Philadelphia. I’m ready to return to the city that raised and educated me so I can cover the very teams and athletes that inspired me to get into this profession in the first place,” said Moore in a statement released by the station.

She comes back to Philly from KCTV in Kansas City.
