WAND (Decatur, IL) Reporter Chris Carter describes himself on his Facebook as “a competitive news reporter and anchor who viewers constantly turn to get answers and bring them the important news of the day.”

Some of the folks working on the Decatur Public Schools Board call him something else.

Carter posted text messages between DPS board members talking about him. It appears he is not their favorite Reporter.

The Denise that he refers to is Denise Swarthout the Decatur Schools PIO. She also happenes to be a former Executive Producer at WAND, the same station that Carter works at.
