The NHL on NBC is Ending

Hockey is still the best sport to watch live at the stadium.

It’s never as good on TV but is still fun to watch the fast-moving sport. For years, the NHL on NBC was where many of us hockey fans watched the games.

But, that is coming to an end.

As the NHL is looking for a big increase in rights fees, NBC has said that they will not be making a bid. Next season will now mark the first time since the '05-06 campaign that the network will not carry any NHL games.

The NHL will move from NBC to Turner Sports and ESPN.
